Kidding.
But she really is.

I'm constantly amazed at the cool ISH we get to do. For instance, drink St. Arnold's "Elissa" Ale ON THE ELISSA, one of only 4 remaining, sailing, tall ships in existance, right here in our Island backyard.
As part of the Galveston Historical Foundation's "History on Tap" program, the owner of St. Arnold's gave a brief lecture on the history of microbrewing and how beer reached our area via ships just like the Elissa.
And I'm pretending I really listened and that I was not (1) worried about getting kicked off the ship because of my Jessica Simpson stilettos when there was CLEARLY a sign that read "NO HEELS ALLOWED ON SHIP" and I was all, HELL NO, this is not my kind of ship at all, (2) shushing Pappy who kept insisting that the only problem with this evening was the SHEER AMOUNT OF GD HIPPIES ON THE BOAT and (3) pouring delicious beer down my throat.
Check out GHF and all their awesome programs - and kudos to Will Wright for all his awesome ideas!
