CRISIS COMMUNICATION

Rules of crisis communication:

Follow the "Rule of Three" - three message points, three sentences, key content in the first 30 words.

Keep it simple. The average person's comprehension drops to a 6th grade level in a crisis.

Choose your words carefully. Enough said.

Wouldn't it be amazing if we applied these rules to relationships and communication with each other?

I'm constantly amazed at the messages that are given to me each day. So thankful!
